Your words are the only thing that Matter

Communication

We tend to think that communication is a verbal, intellectual exercise. Well it’s More than that. We can learn a lot about ourselves just by listening to the things that we say. What we’ve been thinking about eventually comes out of our mouth.
Since we speak and write all day long, it’s easy to forget the power of words. We take words for granted and forget that words affect our physical feelings. Pay attention to the energy you feel when you say out loud “I’m SO tired.” Now feel the difference when you say out loud “I feel GREAT!”
Words influence the people who hear them. Positive words give a new perspective, and negative words reflect poorly on one’s attitude. A difference of few words can mean a lot.
Often our way of speaking is simply a habit. The first step to changing our habit is awareness of what’s coming out of our mouth. At that point we can resist talking about what’s wrong all the time. Being cheerful and positive is impossible when you constantly speak negative, power-draining words. Speak Happy Words which can increase your joy. Use words such as Beautiful, Fantastic, Amazing, Love, Appreciate, Awesome, Huge, Great.
Make it a point to listen to yourself for a check-up on your words. CHOOSE happy, hopeful words. It will make a difference in your life! It will make a difference in the lives of the people around you. Weak and negative communication blocks our ability to empower ourselves. Any statement we read, see, or speak regularly is seen as more valid than one we’re exposed to only occasionally. Amazingly, it makes no difference whether the information is true or false. The only thing that matters is how often we’re being pulled into negativity repeatedly.
Words are extremely powerful tools that we can use to uplift our personal energy and improve our lives, though we’re often not conscious of the words we speak, read, and expose ourselves to. The more we hear, read, or speak a word or phrase, the more power it has over us. This is because the brain uses repetition to learn, searching for patterns and consistency to make sense of the world around us. You have the power to change your world, and using words consciously is one of the quickest ways to shift the energy you bring into your life.
